Balance is “a state of equilibrium.” Living a balanced, healthy life means to have your inner self (mind, body, emotions, spirit) in balance with your outer environment (family, work, play). When you learn to incorporate the RIGHT Foods, the RIGHT Thought and the RIGHT Action, you are LEFT with a state of equilibrium or BALANCE.
